    I ordered 3 items through the Scraplife link provided to our school wrestling program by Scraplife. 1 long sleeve t-shirt, 1 fleece sweatshirt, and 1 pullover hoodie with school name on November 11, 2024. I received the confirmation email, and was charged the full $125.50. It is now January 14, 2024 and have still not received any items, shipping or tracking updates. I have now sent 2 emails and one voicemail asking for an update, but no responses. I want a FULL REFUND.

    Terrible customer service. I have sent items back and can't get ahold of anyone. No confirmation. No emails. No calls back. Spent a lot of money for my kids to represent this brand and their athletes and it's impossible to get help at all. I can't believe these athletes would be ok with their name being on something that is this bad. And I can't believe a company would stand for this. It's such a shame.

    Purchases apparel Nov 17 2022. No correspondence or response from company. Total purchase was ******. I got a random 30..00 credit on my credit card with no explanation. Never received anything I ordered. Last week I got an email asking to review my products. Never received anything. I have emailed. Instant messages. Left voicemails. No response. Id like my items I ordered or my money back

    I placed two orders with Scraplife for wrestling shoes and a t-shirt. The website stated they would be shipped in **** business days as my son needed the shoes for his wrestling season. I contacted Scraplife by emailing multiple times and left voicemails, and have not heard back from anyone regarding my order. I would like a refund and cancel to the orders for the wrestling shoes they charged me for, ****** and ***** for the t-shirt. I don't even care if I don't receive the items but want my money back. Order numbers are ***** and *****. My bank account was charged the day the order was placed which is also not normal if the item has not been shipped. Their ******** page has multiple complaints for the same thing, check out the reviews. I feel like this company is a scam and wish I would have checked those reviews before ordering. I have emails with my order information if needed.

    I ordered an item from Scraplife over a month ago. The item was not received but my credit card was charged. I have contact the company three times on line via their contact info with no response. I have seen other complaints on line stating that people have waited months for items and when they asked for a refund their requests went unanswered. I just want to know how to get my $73.99 back from this company. No one should be treated this way by any company.
