      DON'T USE THEM. THEY ARE CROOKS!I was moving and hired them to give my house a final cleaning for the new owners. They originally quoted $720 for 4 person-hours of work (2 persons X 2 hours). Right off the bat, I thought that price was very steep, but I chose them because the closing was imminent and I needed someone quickly.The team of 2 worked an extra 3 hours on top of the 2 original hours. For the overtime, they charged $50 for each 15 minutes overtime! To make a long story short, they charged me a total of $1351 with tax! Unbelievable! They never explained their overtime fee up front!

      Avoid at all costs. I booked a deep clean which included cleaning of floors, blinds, baseboards, windowsills, etc. I was charged over time only to realize after the cleaning crew left that many surfaces, floors, and base boards were left untouched, dusty, and uncleaned. Some areas of my home seemed even dustier than I left them. I called the office, and was told the maids could not come back due to traffic. From there, I emailed photos and videos to the office twice, with no response back from them. After reaching out to corporate, this issue still has not been resolved. Will be calling the better business bureau. Do not book with this company- I truly dont know what they did at my home for two hours aside from vacuum. On top of all of this, I gave them a 20% tip- shame on me!
