    I called an 866 # online which directs you to pest control companies in your area. I got a guy at Priority 1 Pest Control in **********, ** and explained there was a groundhog trapped on my deck. I had to ask his name - ****. **** said ** would be at our home in 30 minutes. I stupidly gave **** a credit card # instead of saying I would write Al a check. $479 later, Al never shows up. **** called back 2.5 hours later (it was getting dark) to say he's on his way. I had already thought I was scammed, canceled my credit card and disputed the charge! **** starts yelling at me that he TOLD ME Al would be there in 2 hours and he (****) is now on his way. I was so freaked I said no, cancel this call. Meanwhile the $479 sits on my credit card and I have to call **** back to demand a refund because his company did NO WORK for me at all! He'll probably yell at me again. I do not recommend this company!! I better get a credit for the charge or I'm calling my lawyer.

    I feel scammed from this company. **** came to my house, sent his worker under my deck to investigate what type of animal was there. When he came out a few minutes later he said, its a raccoon, that will be $450.When questioned he was defensive and articulated in so many words since his guy already went under the deck, I owed him the $450 fee. Reluctantly I wrote a check and he left a little rickety cage with food on the side of my house and said wed catch it tonight or maybe tomorrow. Well, its been almost a week and the food is missing along with my $450 and yet no animals have been caught. I feel I am due at least a partial refund.
