    I should have read the reviews here and on yelp first, but then again, I was given a gift card to this place, or I wouldn't have signed up. My child and I went here before Covid and I liked the instructor and everything went without a hitch. I asked for gift cards as a gift for my daughter so she could continue the lessons. Then Covid hit. Fast forward 5 years, and my daughter requested swim lessons, so I figured it was time to use up the gift cards. There was a discrepancy in the advertised email price and the website price that I was on the website. They stated that the price was changed and I thought I must have missed a sale. I signed up and received another email 2 days later with the previously advertised, lower price. I immediately emailed about the price difference and requested a credit, but I was told, in a nasty way, that I would not be receiving a credit, as the website price was the correct price and the email was an automatic email and the prices in the email were incorrect. I was told if I had questions, I should have emailed prior. I pointed out I did that. I was told that the prices on the website were correct and thanks for pointing out the incorrect price in the email and they will look into correcting it. Bad business practices. Once I use up these gift cards, I'm looking for a more ethical place to take my child for her lessons. Hopefully the scheduled classes will just go on without any further issues. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

    Starfish A1uatic club is real scam, not issuing refunds and no fair business practices, they are enrolling for he whole season and classes get cancelled left and right. no value to customer and worst behaviour and manners . this needs to be complained and government or IRS should do investigation of business practices.

    Starfish Aquatic, **************** location is worst swimming class. I would never recommend anyone to enroll for it. They are scam. From last 7 swim classes 6 classes got canceled by Starfish and they don't give ** credit back to our credit card. They just hold our money for 5 months and do not refund. Noone daam care about giving ** a call. 0 point on customer satisfaction rating.
