We recently had our heat and air replaced by Blue Ridge Cooling and Heating. I cannot say enough good things about this company!From the professional and friendly interaction with ******** on the phone and the wonderful service by ****, ******* and *****, the entire experience was pleasant and painless. **** came out to access a situation with our AC, did a temporary fix and thoroughly explained all of our options. We decided to go with a total replacement of our heat and air. It was a 2-day job, which they did neatly and efficiently, even vacuuming any messes as they went along. They really seemed to enjoy the job and working together. They are truly "The Dream Team"!This is our second time using Blue Ridge; the first was replacing our furnace in a condo we owned in 2015, and we have been totally pleased with their work both times.
