      I selected American Pride Painting and Restoration after receiving recommendation from our commercial bank loan officer who loaned us the money for this building to repair stucco. ******** (*****) ******** from *************** Services in ************, ** has been there 27 years and is our commercial loan officer. This is her boyfriend she sold to us hard, during her company time, all off her ************** email and gave excellent recommendations about ***, his work, and work he's done for bank. She is part of this as the business is registered under her home address where he lives as she told me. She also took $30,000 cash that was part of the $50,000 and the $20,000 check her boyfriend cashed. Job includes: Remove existing stucco and replace with ****** Board cement siding. Details are within the attached contract.We signed an Contract Proposal on 7/26/2023 and a deposit of $30,000 in cash and $20,000.00 by Check (made out to American Pride Painting.Work was to start on 8/7/2023 and completed around 9/18/2023.The work has not started and the owner of the company is dragging us along full of excuses. He ordered a few panels, 3 days ago a huge commercial dumpster that sits there empty and painted 3 doors really bad. NOTHING at all for a heaft $50,000 deposit 8-9 weeks ago. In the meantime, they did not have their paperwork in order including ** *********** ********* information was filled out incorrectly. Since then we have received the ** Improvement Contractor License # ****** We want full refund or for him to complete the job. I will send you contract and pictures.
