    12/31/24 i used my debit card which is with this bank as to my account send a payment of $250. as to a fraud dispute as to submit as to reach out to the branch card **** as to sender as to be per see a business aka Venmo as to this transaction was to be error as to say no funds in account but a transaction took place as to get $250 to a purchase as to not received it so to reach as to f/u on to be told that this bank card **** as to say the back end **** will not refund me my $259. back yet was told to cancel my card a to wait to get no response so yet i still look forward to a resolution on this to be a better understating to tell a customer no or denied as to what they want or wish to tell a customer as to card as to account with this branch spoken with all parties as to go back/forth as to what is a denied refund to be scammed /fraud as to my card as to place a dispute as to knowing about my dispute but never received a letter from the card **** or any other **** to address this . **** were to look into this yet gave me a bogus response from a f/u on my dispute card **** as to ********* i am asking to have my refund back as tobe$250. Thank You.

    ***** ******-******* hello i spoken with the branch as to not getting any solution as to this ***ly they don't response to any third party as to my account to not get a refund as to cont. to f/u as to have a *** to tell me that no one will be assist me  with my refund as to not be giving me a full refund as to my debit card i stated to this bank credit union to have and investigation as to me filing complaint on this matter .which seem to see that it no to be resolved as to getymy$250 refunded back to me so to contact branch as i have done as to card **** as to tell someone in the back in will not give me my refund who is the back in **** i am not aware of .this **** Ms. *******
