This transaction is from Feburary 11th, 2025.I got a quote for surplus automation equipment from Radwell, as I have done several times in the past. This quote was for $5800 for a lot of around 20 items.I sent these items to Radwell, using their shipping label and provider, and two weeks later I received a notice from Radwell stating that due to the condition of the items that I sent, they are only able to offer me $400 for the items. They claimed that several items had corrosion, and that others had incorrect labels on them, and that others had the factory seal missing. I have no way to prove it, but I know for 100% certain the factory seals were present because I packed these items myself.Regardless, all I want from the business is to return my items. I said I would pay for the return shipping, and compensate them for the shipping they paid to have the items sent initially. Now they are claiming that in their terms and conditions, they refuse to send back any items that are sent to them. They are forcing me to accept $400 for the order. I just want the items returned so that I can find another way to recover the losses I'm already taking from these items.

      Good afternoon,

Thank you for the feedback, and I apologize for the inconvenience you may have experienced with our surplus purchasing process. Anytime Radwell is buying surplus, we do have all units go through our ***************** process to make sure the product returned does align with our condition codes. I do apologize that we were not able to come to an agreed amount for sale. I have spoken with the Surplus Purchasing Manager and he advised that he will have these items returned to you.

I will have him reach out to you with additional details regarding this return.

      Thank you,

      ***** ****
