    Last week when returning from *********** to ********, I experienced undercarriage noise and took my vehicle into Midas Auto Repair at 495 **-9S in **********, ** ***** **************. The undercarriage noise was repaired and after a routine check of my fluids I was told "whoever last serviced your vehicle put windshield wiper fluid inside the Radiator Tank.Today, 12/21/2023, I spoke with Assistant Manager ********************* and explained the situation and politely asked if a radiation flush could be performed. ********************* told me very rude and that Our technicians would not make a mistake like that" and then started to explain the process. I said we are at an impasse the inference was that I was not telling the truth. I called corporate and explained the situation and got a call from ******************* called me back who also said his technicians would not make that mistake and he was not going to pay for a flush from another repair shop.

    There are no employees here by any of those names. I don't know how any of those individuals could've called when there's no one here or have been employed here by those names.
