    One of the Worst Dining Experiences Ive Ever Had Corporate Needs to Investigate I dont normally leave reviews, but my experience at Chris Michaels Steakhouse in **********, **, was so appalling that I feel obligated to warn others and call for corporate intervention.From the moment we were seated, our servera Spanish woman named ******* or **** (never gave me her name) with broken/missing braceswas dismissive, inattentive, and incredibly unprofessional. She came to our table maybe twice the entire time we were there. I waited over 10 minutes just to get a clean plate. The only thing that arrived quickly was the sparkling water, oysters, and the rock shrimp calamarieverything else was delayed or ignored entirely.When I raised concerns about the service, I asked to speak to a manager. Instead of addressing the issue himself, the Spanish male manager in a tan linen shirt allowed ******* to confront me herself at the table. He stood silently beside her while she attempted to tell me what good service wasmind you, she had barely even looked at our table the entire night.What followed was absolutely unacceptable: she began raising her voice, ignored my requests to step away from my table, and ultimately called me a motherfer in front of the manager.* I asked multiple times for the manager to intervene and remove her, and he did nothing.The only redeeming moment was when the meal was comped, but the damage was already done. I came in expecting fine dining. What I got was verbal abuse and negligence.
