    This dispute involves ongoing mismanagement and unprofessionalism on the part of this credit union. I never intended to do business with these people. My original.loan was with ************** and they sold it off or got bought out. Since the transfer, I have had nothing but issues with *****. They are extremely unprofessional and continuously hang up the phone on me while trying to resolve issues that they avoid ever actually correcting. Instead of having my car payment on auto pay like every other bill I have, it has been nothing but a mess every step of the way. They have made it impossible to get anything done. Instead of helping me set up and link the proper accounts, they refuse to help me and as a result, I am being held hostage financially and winding up with missed payments that are negatively affecting my credit. How can a company that holds a loan refuse to work with you to make payments and constantly hang up the phone and refuse to do their job in servicing the customer? This is aggregious as the negative domino effect of their actions on my financial health will direcly hurt me and my ability to taks care of my children and family. Their complete disregard for executing the most basic functions of their job is unfathomable. Its as if I am on a game show and waiting for the suprise at the end,except there is no host with a hidden camera at the end. Just another dead end conversation and the same problmes I called to resolve in the firat place. How a group as unprofessional, vindictive, and childish asthis is allowed to opwrate in banking is beyond me. I went from an incredibly polite, friendly, helpful previous lender to an absolute nightmare. They behave like an Ex wife h*** bent kn ruining my finances. Its really mind boggling an institution would be allowed to destroy someone's finances with such disregard and not have any consequences. And this is not just from a random telemarketer, this behavior is par for the course including their head loan officer.
