    The venue is a beautiful venue but the staff and owner are very fraudulent. They caused us to lose 2-3 hours of our time in the morning because things were not set up and cleaned. We were promised the bridal suites would be clean and ready by 8am for us to come in; they were not cleaned and ready until 10am. Prior to the wedding, we made it clear that if there is any rain on the wedding day, the ceremony portion should be done inside their Terrace ball room. On the day of, we had to argue with them to move the chairs inside while it rained. We were told "our guests will be alright and only be slightly wet", which i unacceptable. The main reception hall (Atrium) and the hall that was agreed upon to be sed for the ceremony if it were to rain (Terrace) were all dirty from the past nights events. Because that was the case they had to clean it while our wedding planner and her staff stood to the side waiting to set up. The manager for the day "***" was VERY unprofessional and we caught him hiding in the kitchen taking a nap whenever our wedding planner was looking for him. For the ceremony and the reception, the wrong amount of tables and chairs were setup. We paid the venue for a total of 290 guests and we kept getting told that we only paid for *******, so they did not setup the correct amount until after an hour, causing us to lose more time. The worst part of the night was the night happened when the staff threatened to shut off all the lights to the reception if we did not pay to extend the ceremony past 9pm. The reason everything was behind schedule was because the halls and rooms were not cleaned and pushed us back 2-3 hours. Event though they were the cause of the delay and push back, they blamed us and threatened shut the party down if we did not pay the time extension. They caused a lot of emotional trauma that night for us and our families. To be treated the way were were was EXTREMELY UNACCEPTABLE. We felt like they extorted us for more money!
