    **** from DNT is the worst person in the business. He continually spams my phone number with calls. I block his phone number to prevent further contact since even after I answered and insisted to never receive a call again but he will just call with a new number every time. A business such as this should not exist to solely spam calls out as if this is a call center in *****

    We at DNT Home Buyers are sorry to hear about ******************' situation but unfortunately we do not cold call. Our marketing is limited to strictly inbound sources meaning any contacts and numbers we have in our database are those of clients who contact us first via our website, online ads, direct mail, or word of mouth as a result of all the years we've been in business. The day time contact number ****************** provided in his complaint, as well as his name does not appear in our database. Our assumption is the is a common case of misidentifying us with other individuals who are the same business as us and who may be possibly using our name and brand as social proof for their benefit. It would not be the first time this has happened and unfortunately with how positive our customer service has been to this point (see ****** reviews) we do not expect this to be the last of it. Anyone can say they are anyone over the phone which is a common tactic of scammers who do cold call. We truly hope ****************** is able to resolve this and wish him the best.
