    They did a terrible job arranging insurance. They set up a deductible that went by calendar year but then increased the deductible amount as of Nov 1 so instead of having full coverage at the end of the year the deductible had to be met again. Once that would be met, the deductible would reset in Jan again, only to be raised yet again in the following Nov. Total incompetency and money hungry. They said they can't renegotiate with the insurance provider they worked with because their open enrollment period was closed. They weren't smart enough to figure out a normal plan when they set it up. They should have either had the deductible go by calendar year as well as the insurance plan OR have the deductible go by the same fiscal year as the plan dates. I would rate them as under one star but that isn't possible so I'm giving them one star.
