    Usually a winning business strategy does NOT include having a tantrum in front of customers and staff, which is what we experienced within 5 minutes of our first meeting with this office. We were also dismissed within those 5 minutes for forgetting 1 document. The poor staff looks like they have ********* Syndrome, working in this place.

    It took my wife and I 3 weeks to get an appointment date, which was 5 days before the filing deadline. Within 5 minutes of being in the office, the owner made it clear that he was clearly not happy with our presence, then refused to prepare our taxes, presumably because we forgot 1 document. We live 5 minutes away, but he was carrying on like a big drama queen. His staff looked like they live in fear of his tantrums. This is 5 days before the *** deadline. We were forced to find an accountant at this late date, a near impossibility, but we got lucky. If we had to file for an extention with the resulting fees, I would be in touch with my lawyer.
