      I first encountered ***** from New America construction in 2014 when I moved in my trailer in ****************. ***** and his company were hired to replace my roof and at the time we were told that this was a 20 year fix/warranty. It was a $5,000 Job.A few years to having my roof replaced the roof completely blew off. This was a sign of poor construction work and I gave ***** and his team a call right away. I asked for help but in return I was pretty much berated for crying what happened to my roof. ***** told me he did not even want to work with me because I was crying. Moving forward I had my mother help and speak to ***** so I could get the roof fixed. ***** Was asking $7500 more to replace my roof. I explained I should not have to pay that amount because I had a 20 year warranty. he finally agreed to a lower price something like $2500 but that was all of the money that my family and I had. He took my savingsz After a year my roof has been leaking ever since. I felt bullied by this company as for my 11-year-old and I. Our lives have been turned upside down. If ***** did not think that he could do the job he should not have done the work. I hope that new America construction does the right thing and fixes our roof the way it should have been fixed to begin with. My son and I do not deserve to suffer like this due to poor construction or a complete and total lie about fixing my roof. Im a single mom and I cant afford another fix. At this point other roofing companies are asking for $10,000 just to work on my roof. This shouldnt even be a situation since I was given a 20 year warranty.
