    I called this company to repair a butter shelf for my Sub Zero fridge. They charge me 100 to fix it and asked me to send them a blank check for shipping purposes. The item was never fixed properly and totally came apart a few months after they sent it back to me. When I called the company and spoke to ************************* to speak about this after leaving them a voicemail that was never returned. He was so rude and starting yelling and laughing at me. He was telling me he did me a favor. I explained to him that I called Sub Zero and they told me to report him to the BBB. When I told him that was my intention, he laughed and said "Good Luck". This man acted like a complete thug. What a terrible representation for a supposed good business. I was just looking for common decency and a refund for the work they charged me for. His behavior was disgusting.

    *******, my father *** was trying to help you by repairing your butter dish for the price of shipping. He really thought he was helping you out, between shipping the butter dish there and back you spent around ******************************************************************************************************************** the future. In the interim, I have looked up the part where you can purchase a new butter dish, but be aware it looks as if it is no longer available or on a long back order.

    they will ship you a new one once it is in stock.
