      I live in a rented duplex on the corner of Catalina and Florida Avenue..for the past 3 weeks my trash has not been picked up on Monday..I have complained 3 times..and yesterday was not picked up again

      I ordered a roll top back in March and a week later I called to see price and process to get it picked up I told them I only wanted the roll off two weeks over the phone. They told me the price per day and I let them know it would only be two weeks I gave them the first payment and now they are over charging me because they never put in there schedule the correct pick up date. I received a notice for a whole months of rental and tried talking with the young lady she got snappy over the phone and I asked to have hire up give me an email or call I’m still waiting on a response from the company they keep sending me emails saying they want payment but have yet to fix my rate. I have been out of town since February due to my husband’s passing and trying to make arrangements and trusted the company to perform the services to the standard of policy (calling for pick up date which was stated on phone call) and the company has failed to do so. I would like my rates adjusted according to the agreement with the seller over the phone.

      We don't do orders for 2wks. It was delivered on 2/9/2024 and she kept the container for 6 mos. We charge a delivery fee, monthly fee, pickup fee + weight of container and a 3 dollar per day rental fee. After the 9th of August, the charges accrued 93 per month. We tried to collect on the balance but we could not reach her. She said she would not pay and wanted a full refund. When we did pick up her container it was empty. Her acct has a balance of 309.62. She had the unit from Feb to August.  She prepaid 254.91. She accrued daily rental charges, and a haul fee of 214.20.
