Installation date by Porky's of Alamogordo was August 2023.
This was of a pioneer 4 ton mini-split HVAC.
I have had service reps out since installation to explain why the units never shut down, even when the temperature of the return vents reaches a temperature that above the set thermostat cut off temp.
The rep indicated insufficient knowledge to answer the question, and continued with I will check it out and get back to you.
That was nearly 2 months ago.
While I recently was filling out the warranty registration I recognized the final portion of the warranty application needs to have an input of data from the installer.
Subsequently, I called the business multiple times without response.
I then text twice to the business number and received no response.
I then e mailed the company and again received no response.
I then sent a certified letter documenting all of my attempts to contact Porky's and included the form containing the documentation that needs to be filled in by them.
Just today I received the unclaimed certified letter back.

    I want resolution of:
The reason(s) why the Pioneer mini-split HVAC does not shut down when the ambient temperature reaches the set temperature of the thermostat.
I want the units working according to Pioneer Specifications.
I want the warranty form that I need to submit to Pioneer filled out with the information needed.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because no request for the warranty to come from Porky's was made. Additionally Porky's may say that no contact was attempted but the documents that I uploaded with my original paperwork for the complaint evidence otherwise. Please use those documents in support of my position. And, since you have the Pioneer warranty application that was sent to Porky's in the certified envelope that was "unclaimed" by Porky's, please feel free to put it in their hands. They can mail the completed warranty application to me. Once I receive the completed Pioneer warranty application, I will withdraw my complaint. Until that time the complaint with the BBB stands. regards ***** ****** ntil that time the complaint stands. I want the information that pioneer requested in their warranty application, so that I can send it to Pioneer to set up the warranty.

    Regards,
