    On 10/6/2022 the company came over to our house to do a termite inspection for the buyer (our house is under contract). He proceeded to talk about bed bugs to the buyers real estate agent that we had in our home 3 months prior. The company told the agent that we didnt complete enough treatments to our home to be rid of bed bugs. The two treatments we did cost us $1,000 to spray. When the company and I discussed the treatments he initially said they would need to do 3 to be "complete" of bed bugs, but because our second treatment was treated with a special form, crossfire, then it would only need that one treatment. The treatment works to rid the bed bugs with a 30 days residual. Mind you, it has been 3 months now and no trace of bed bugs but the company told the buyers agent it would be best for you to spray again for a preventitve treatment. This of course freaked out the buyers and they told us we must pay for it to be srapyed a 3rd time. This whole ordeal has completley stressed us out and we feel as though others should know the scam this company does with its customers. He is trying to squeeze another $500 out of us and we will have to do that, not that the buyers will no longer proceed with the purchase of the home. This company lied and they should be reported.
