    I reserved an RV site on-line on Feb 16 for arrival on Feb20 for two nights. I never received an email confirmation. During our travel to the RV site I was delayed a day and tried calling many times and sending multiple emails to adjust the arrival. I finally received a call and adjusted the dates. WE were on the road at the time and I didn't realize that somehow the date for my arrival had shifted a week later. I again tried calling and emailing with no response. I arrived at the site only to find there was not a reservation for me nor would they answer their emergency number. I finally left and went to another RV park. I tried contacting them several times to get a refund but they were unwilling to refund my payment. I used my ******** Credit Card and have submitted a dispute with them.

    Mr. ******** originally called Boot Hill RV Resort wanting to book an RV Site with us we took down the dates and information and sent an email confirmation(clearly states first night is nonrefundable). Mr. ******* changed his stay dates with us 3 different times in result we lost out on selling that site for those nights. We were very patient and understanding knowing circumstances after covid and being on the road things happen. It wasn't until ******* called our office and was very disrespectful to my front staff employee over the phone about not being able to get ahold of our office on our closed days (Sunday and Monday) Mr ******* in fact did receive an email from us regarding dates. After a few rude emails from Mr ******** we decided to stop contact. Due to the loss of $299.28 in revenue the 3 times he called to change 2-night stay) there was no longer the offer for the 1-night refund.
