  Number One Plumbing came out to our new home and inspected the solar system and did a sewer scope. They were professional, gave us great advise, were on time and were very friendly. I would always recommend them for all plumbing and solar needs.

  **** visited a week ago to perform the first annual maintenance on our two heater/AC units in the split zone system, a first since we acquired the house. He removed several years' worth of cottonwood fluff and dirt from the coils and explained the significance of cleaning and maintaining the system both before and after the cooling season. I highly recommend **** and Number One Plumbing for all heating, A/C, or plumbing needs. His expertise and professionalism are truly commendable!

  Almost 2 years ago, I hired #1 Plumbing, AC, ************************ (#1 PAS&ES) to run 220V power about 20 feet to my detached garage and install a mini-split AC/heat pump unit. A job that should have taken a week, took 3 months. They delayed starting the project and kept pulling the electrician off the job for emergencies. Throughout the project the electrical ******* was not available when I called, and it took at least 3 days for him to call and often never called.When they were finally ready for inspection, they told me it would be 3 weeks before the inspector be scheduled. I later found out they lied to me, and the inspector could have been there the next day and, their work failed the inspection! The violations were so basic that it was obvious that they were done on purpose. It took 2 weeks for them to schedule coming back, but when I notified them I couldnt be home when the electrician arrived, the dispatcher said in a condescending voice ohhh, well then, we wont be able to come out for another week. When next I called the *******, he wasnt in and I asked for him to call me, the dispatcher said in a mocking tone, oh, absolutely, in fact - Im going to do that right now. Ill just get up take it in there and put it on his desk right now.I finally contacted the owner the electrician was there a few days to finished the job. The inspector was there the same day. The mini-split was installed a week later and they gave a small discount. I told the owner my plans to later install more mini-splits and solar, he sounded sincere when saying that he hoped I would give them a chance. Thats the reason I held off on posting a review. I recently called to talk to the owner about installing five mini-splits and solar. I was told the owner was not in, but they could have someone out Monday and would call me back to confirm. I never received a call back. I called again, I was told the owner wasnt available, and I never received the requested call back.

  I posted a negative review about the work #1 Plumbing, AC, ********************************************* Service (#1 Plumbing) did for me in ********************************************************************************************** mind. I was contacted by the owner, *************************** who asked if he could come to my home speak with me in person. At my home, ***** apologized for the company failing to respond to my calls and apologized for the poor service they gave me in the past. He asked that I give them a chance to make up for their failures and allow them to quote on the installation of five mini-split **** units and installation of solar panels. I agreed to accept a quote from them and Im happy I did. I received quotes from three companies to install the mini-splits and four companies to install solar panels. Number 1 proposed high-quality equipment with good warranties, and their bid was the lowest for both the mini-splits and the solar. They also gave me a good deal on a new tankless water heater. ****, the master **** technician and *****, the director of the solar department discussed every step of the installations with me to make sure they understood what I wanted, I understood what they were going to do. They both kept me informed every step of the way. **** and ***** were very friendly and provided outstanding service for installation of the **** equipment. ****** provided excellent work on both the **** and the water heater. ****** made sure the water heater was installed correctly. *************, and ***** made quick work of installing the electrical lines for both the **** and the solar. If I missed anyone, I apologized. I know this review is gushy, but they earned it by giving me a good deal and excellent service. I highly recommend them. Kit R

  Your solar representative arrived on time. He answered all of our questions and discussed installation and financing options. He was personable, honest and informative.   ****** scoped my sewer pipes recently. He appears to be a scam artist. He orally represented on the spot that some pipes needed replacing, and orally quoted $4,000 to do the job. Then he came back a few minutes later and said that they could do it for $2,300. He said the front yard pipe needed replacing, even though this company replaced it two and a half years ago, They failed to provide a written evaluation report on the sewer pipes' condition, despite their agreement to do so. I had TLC Plumbing come out a couple weeks later to evaluate the pipes. They said the pipes noted by Number One were fine, and that only the pipe from the curb to the sewer main needed replacing.

  Thank you for taking the time to leave another review on another platform. We realize that mistakes were made in providing you with a video inspection and report of your drain system. You were given a full refund despite asking for a credit. We take pride in our reputation but also understand that we sometimes encounter people that prefer to hold a grudge rather than work on a resolution. 'We are sorry for all of the stress that you have carried in the 3 months since we were there and we regret that you have had to focus so much energy in attempting to demean our company. In the 3 months that have passed we have retrained our technicians on proper procedures and due to this isolated incident we have been able to improve our service even further. We are extremely happy that you have found another contractor to work with.
