    We made an appointment on June 5th, for June 14th at 10:30AM to have our A/C inspected for not cooling very well. I called the office at 10:52 AM and the girl said someone would be there within the hour. Waited for several hours and went back to work around 1 PM and told my wife to call me if anyone shows up. I got back home around 4 PM and still no word from anyone, I thought maybe they got caught up at a job but never heard a word why they didnt show up, then on June 18th I get an email saying thank you for using Thompson **************************** we appreciate your business. How can that be if you never showed up are they that busy they have no idea who gets service and who doesnt!!!!

    Upon evaluation of the circumstances surrounding ********************** review, it appears that his comments are valid. He did make his appointment on June 5th for a service call on June 14th. However, our new administrator inadvertently mistyped the phone number into our field service management system, so when we tried to call or message ******************, he was not receiving it, and we assumed he was unavailable. On Tuesday, June 18th our service technician was asked by our service manager to close all open jobs in our field service management system, when the technician closed the job, the system auto generated a response to ****************** saying his work was completed. I have since spoken to ****************** and he had another company service his equipment. I explained the situation and offered him his next service call free of charge for his troubles. He appreciated Thompson Heating & Air Conditioning reaching out to make things right.
