    Airduct Medic was at our house 4/7/23 performing some warranty work and some billable work related to sealing of our ducts. They knocked over a Native American clay vase which broke. I have had communication with ****** related to this and he said it would have to go through their insurance. He requested pictures. I sent him pictures of the vase and also a valuation of $1500-$2000 from a reputable expert in Native American Art specifically this artist.
    ****** has been non responsive over the past month to the emails and voicemails I have left. I called yesterday 7/11/23 and my calls aren't being answered are are going straight to voicemail.

    The claim has been sent to our insurance broker, then to the adjuster that is now working on the claim.

    I was on vacation on July 11th and have since spoken to ***** ***** and communicated that the adjuster is working on this and he will contact ***** ***** direct.

    This process takes time and he was told that it is in the process. The pictures and estimate of the vase was sent to:
