    On 2/13/2024 the company began work on my home. During the scope of this work they caused severely water damages to my home. The acknowledged that they were at fault and promised to quickly repair my home and replace my damaged items as well as to pay my *** since my home was uninhabitable. Since that time they have sent a husband and wife and their two small children to my home with no running water to patch some repairs together which resulted in water being left in my walls and microbial growth forming. They also left carpet that was covered in an asbestos containing material exposed and uncontained in my home for over a month in an effort to not have to replace the carpeting as was promised at our initial meeting. I had to hire outside mold experts to assess the mold damages in order to force Asbestos Experts to move to remedy it as well as outside asbestos abatement contractors to assess the quality and workmanship regarding the contaminated carpeting left in my home. I had to send off a sample of my carpeting for an **** report and even after that Asbestos Experts was unwilling to pay the actual replacement cost listed by the lab. Currently I am trying to have my homes walls repaired and Asbestos Experts is yet again unwilling to pay the price for this. I have asked for their liability information several times and have been told that they do not have to provide me with this and that they will not and instead they have threatened me with stopping all repairs on my home. I was originally supposed to pay them 9500 for their original contracted job and have so far only paid the half they required upfront and have not been asked to provide the rest of the mo ey yet they keep accusing me of withholding it from them. This feels like an abusive relationship where my well intentioned willingness to work with them instead of against them has been manipulated and used against me and I just need my home properly repaired.

    The **** report/amount was never disputed. The carpet mentioned has been paid, ordered and received by the carpet installer-pending clients go ahead. 
    I received a quote from the client on 4/27 for the repairs noted and I have in writing an approval of that quote the very same day. I've never accused you of with holding the money, I have actually encouraged you to use it on housing expenses so you weren't out of pocket for hotel costs or contents expenses to replace a mattress, etc. that was damaged. 

    To date we are tens of thousands of dollars into these repairs and to date have not denied any repairs needed or requested. 
    To date I have been speaking with client directly only asking for a final summary of monies owed and a release signed so I can cut a final check.
