    I have had all my tint done with Ferrari Tinting for 20 yrs. And have always recommended them they do excellent work. Well I took my truck that I have had only 2 wks to them last wk 7/19/2022 to have tint done. Well when he brought my truck out I got in and noticed the radio was off so I went to turn it on. Well it wouldnt turn on. So I told **** that my radio wasnt working and it was working just fine when I left my truck a couple of hours before. So **** got in and couldnt make it turn on. Well he said right off the bat without me even saying anything. I know i didnt get water in there, I cover up the dash so I told him well I dont know what to say but my radio was perfectly fine when I dropped it off a couple hours before. He wanted to disconnect my battery to reset the radio. Then he said he had another customer complain about the same issue and that he told her to wait a couple of days to see if it would dry out and that must have worked because he never heard nothing from her again. Mind you he just said he didnt get water in the radio because he covers everything good to prevent that. So I told him fine I will wait a couple of days but that he needed to have a plan when I went back in a couple of days of what he was gonna do to fix it since this happened on his watch if this didnt resolve on its own. So I even gave it an extra day and went back on Friday 7/22/22 and my radio started working but my screen was now a light green not the *** red color, my buttons on the side of the radio no longer work and my back up camera comes on but is dark so cant see and my back up sensors are not working correctly. So come Friday when I go back to have him check everything he says that he googled my car and that it is a known issue for these radios to go out. Mind you the issue Im having is not a known issue. So he said that I was blaming him for something that is a known issue and wanting him to pay for the repairs for something that he didnt do. I told him if
