      To start this business stole a firearm from me. I wrote it off considering it was my fault. I didnt check the car because my wife dropped it under the seat. Now to the real problem. I had an axle leak in my ************************************** 2600 to replace the axle. It started throwing codes so I checked underneath and replaced a sensor and found the axle was leaking worse than before. So I took it back and they replaced it again. Then the car lit up again and actually stalls in traffic. So I took it back and they tried to charge me for the repair and refused to honor the warranty.

      Excellent Service! I was really impressed by the detailed inspection they sent to me via email and text message! Not only was the inspection easy to follow and understand on my phone, the staff was very helpful in my questions about it. I would HIGHLY Recommend to anyone in need of any type of repair!

      On 8/7/22 my husband took his 2015 ***** Silverado into the ********** loction to get the air conditioner fixed. We were charged $609.68. The next day the air conditioner was not cooling at all. We couldn't get it back in till the following week on the 26th due to his work schedule and their busy schedule. They found a leak which should have been detected the first time. When he picked up his truck, he was charged another $620.68. Although, he argued how unfair this charge was, they were not going to give him any breaks. Brown's did not honor their warranty. We paid more the second time. These Experts failed to catch the leak the first time so we had to pay for the labor twice! They could have at least given us a break on the labor. We are so disappointed in this business and will never take our vehicles back to them.

BBB - We have contacted the customer and have them scheduled to continue the repairs on the **** The vehicle is over 25 years old and had over ******* miles. **** we explained the work that was performed as well as the other work that was needed the customer agreed to have us fix the vehicle. We will be repairing the oil lines and oil cooler adapter seal at no charge.

      No one has ever contacted us about this by phone or email The 2015 ***** Silverado is 7yrs old not 25. They fixed the problem they missed the first time and charged us labor again. Our complaints was that they didn't honor the warranty for the repair they did the first time. So we were charged the full labor amount when brought it back the second time. It wasn't an oil line. It was the air conditioner. Read above.

      So nothing has been resolved. What happened? Nothing became of this complaint. They never reached out to us. Whoever they resolved the issue with, was the wrong people.
