    Thank you for your message. Yes, we would like for you to come and work to complete the body work on the truck. My husband put the lights and the mirrors back on so we can drive the truck.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    the project. He has been present a total of 4 days to work on the truck and works 1.5-2 hours since we have $1,000 on 3/9/23. I messaged *** ****** yesterday and I have not received a response. I would like to request a refund. I do not see that on the desired solution below.

    I have included the contact, receipt, images of the work completed and text messages.

    I did start the body work on the truck, the only reason I haven't been down there more was because I had issues with my compressor which I told them. I have everything taken care of and will try to contact them today about finishing the truck. I have completed almost the entire passenger side of the truck, a lot of work already. So I cannot give them a refund and have done all that work for free. I will contact them today about finishing the truck.

    I wanted to let you know that I received a message from *** ****** that he is not able to give us a refund and he can come to our home to complete the body work. I responded and asked what days he was available and when does he plan to complete the body work. We began the contract on 3/9. *** ****** says he is going to come to work on the truck and does not show up. 

    I have included his message, my response, copy of the contract, receipt and body work Mr.Chavez has completed. Please, I need a resolution from *** ****** to complete the truck and he will not give a refund.

    I received a message from *** ****** on Wednesday, 5/24 that he would come to work on the truck on Saturday, Sunday and possibly on Monday to complete the body work a 100%.

    Mr.****** arrived on Saturday, 5/27 at 11:52 to 4:15. He did not come on Sunday, 5/28 or on Monday, 5/29. 

    I have included *** ******’s message from Wednesday, 5/24 and images of the work he completed on Saturday, 5/27. Please, help me to receive a resolution from Mr.****** as he will not offer a refund.
