    Hello,
To whom it may concern, I have been working with this law firm for several months now and have had multiple issues with them that have been explainable for the most part. I have been slightly frustrated several times with their lack of professionalism and difficulty in getting responses from them.
However, there is NO excuse for the issue that occurred today. I have filled bankruptcy chapter 7 and was being assisted by Ms P********* in doing so. We are in the final stages of my case and I was scheduled for my 341 trustee hearing via teleconference this morning at 9am mountain standard time.
I received an email and also confirmed this date and time with Ms P********* via email correspondence in the past few weeks. I received confirmation from her that important documents had been or would be provided to the trustee before my teleconference and that I only needed to complete the 2nd credit education class and produce the certificate of completion. I have since done so and sent the document to Ms P********* via email to which she confirmed receipt of the document.
This morning I called in and was in the teleconference for approximately 30 minutes. During the call I listened to others cases and I was the last one. When asked if she was on the line Ms P********* did not respond. Twice the trustee asked if she was present. She was not. The trustee stated he had also not received my documents. I sent an email to Ms P********* and her assistant directly following and received an auto response that they are out of the office until Tuesday next week… I received NO notice of this.

I am to be rescheduled for my hearing due to attorney not being present.
I am very upset and feel extremely neglected by this law firm as I paid them a very significant amount of money for this case. I feel that given the circumstances I should be at least partially refunded my money as the service by this firm is lacking extremely. Thank you for your time, *****
