    5/9/22- Placed order with Emily for appointment tickets, Sales Rep could not provide confirmation # or total as she couldn't find our item number but said she would send email confirmation once she could find it and place order *5/17/22-recieved payment confirmation email *6/13/22-recieved an order from Topform for billing envelopes, I ordered appointment tickets 6/13/22-called and left message regarding the shipping error 6/13/22-received call back from Tracy, she stated that Emily ordered our entire order history with them for $697.00 which included billing envelopes, appointment tickets (not received) and coupon books(not received) She will call back to let us know how they will handle return of billing envelopes and refunding for the products we didn't order (NEVER CALLED BACK) *6/21/22-called spoke w/ Emily (AM), told her we are still without appointment tickets and she placed the wrong order and somehow ordered everything from our order history. She will call back after looking into it (NEVER CALLED BACK) *6/21/22- called (PM) left message that I hadn't heard back (NEVER CALLED BACK) *6/22/22-called, Emily said she thinks appointment tickets are backordered. I requested refund and to cancel the appointment tickets etc.. She will call back after discussing with supervisor. (NEVER CALLED BACK) *6/23/22- called, spoke w/ Emily, said that her supervisor, Irene, was supposed to call, put me on hold to get supervisor, waited 25 minutes on hold, no one picked up (NEVER CALLED BACK) 6/23/22-sent email to ********************* & *************************** regarding issue and requesting a full refund. (NO RESPONSE TO EMAIL) 7/19/22-called, left message that I was requesting the status on the refund (NEVER CALLED BACK)
