      Windshield was cracked. Called the business to notify them about the equipment and the customer service manager ****** returned my call. She was extremely rude, cut me off multiple times, constantly repeated that we arent responsible for damage if youve left the property. Refused to provide me her last name, stated she did not work locally and would not provide me her boss number. Ive been a customer for three years, I told her the lack of concern for the damage caused is frustrating. She did not care about keeping me as a customer or care to resolve the issue. She ended the convo with a sarcastic tone, there is nothing further to discuss so I am terminating this call have a good day unfortunate they have someone like this working as the customer service manager training other employees how to treat customers like c*** I hope the business listens to the recorded call to see how she is treating customers

      While we sympathize with your claim, our policy is that once you leave the premise, we will not honor any claims of damages that are stated occurred at the location. This policy is stated on our signage prior to entering and purchasing a car wash and entering the tunnel to receive the service.
