    We had sold a house a number of years ago and the buyer fell behind in payments then died. In addition, other people and a large number of animals had been living in the house. When we arrived at the house which was out of state we discovered the house was filled with garbage, clothes, animal excrement and several house hold furnishings. We went to work immediately clearing out all of the unwanted items. The refuse filled a dumpster 20 feet long by 8 feet wide and 6 feet high. I had requested bids from several companies that deal with hoarding and read all the reviews for them including Bio-One of Albuquerque and we decided to hire them to clean, disinfect and get the house ready for resale. This was a huge job and my wife and I who live out of state knew there was no way we could tackle this job. Every room in the house had to be cleaned and disinfected. When we met with the team from Bio-One of Albuquerque after the job was completed the crew escorted us through the house and pointed out some things that they felt we should know, like a roof leak in a sun room off the kitchen, some water damage under the kitchen sink and a hole that the previous tenants had cut into a bedroom wall to allow their animal access to a back bedroom. This team should be awarded hero status for their long hours of what had to be a grueling job of cleanup. The Bio-One team were very easy to work with, dedicated, conscientious, honest and hard working. They communicated with us through the entire job and we with them through cell phone, texting and email. We are very happy with their work and the final outcome, now we can focus on repairs and getting this house back on the market for resale. Thank-you Bio-One of Albuquerque.************
