    I purchased a laptop recently less than 30 days on 2/24/2024 from Dr. Dan's Computers. I informed him that I was looking for a laptop with 8gb ram. So I can stream and work from home. He sold me a laptop and I understood that it would take a while to battery to charge. He sold me also a power cord for the laptop. I let it stay on charger over 2 hours and the battery still did not charge. I tried to charge it even in other outlet plugs at my home. Still nothing. The only way it works is if the power cord is plugged in. I tried to reach business and left several messages and no response. At first I just wanted to get the problem corrected but now I am requesting a full refund.

    On Feb 24 2024 at 1:10 PM Ms. ****** purchased a laptop with her **** ending #****. I was informed later by her via Swipe notification that she was unhappy with the sale and I asked her to return it for a full refund. On April 9th 2024 she returned with the laptop and I refunded the money to the same **** #****. She returned a few minutes later asking me to return the moneys to a different card since the **** she used was a one time use card. I informed her that refunds to credit cards are to be returned to the original cards and no other way. Please see the attached invoice showing the purchase and the return. There is more to this story and I have saved the video of the interactions with her and her "friends". I would like this matter closed due to the fact I am providing proof the moneys were returned to the original card used for the purchase.
