    Very unsatisfied! Also very unprofessional! This agency has only lied, make up things, and use the blame game with everyone in their office! I would call before during and after hours, leaving messages to get no response back ever! I wasnt aware that prices only happened between nine and five! I was told that I was being canceled because of no call no-show, which is false! I would call in when medical emergencies came up asking if I needed to provide documents to show, and was told each time that I didnt need to! I was scolded for What they said I was being rude and unkind to their office staff, which I feel they interpreted wrong because of my high level of emotional distress and crisis that I have been dealing with! Ive been talked to the main director who also would not listen to me, but would gladly talk over me , and never wanted to come to a conclusion! I feel these people do not have the proper training, education, and experience to be dealing with people in crisis and a high-level of emotional distress! They have made my situation and my well-being a whole h*** of a lot worse When they shouldve taken the time and proper procedures to handle situations! I was untold I would be put on a waiting list, come to find out six months later that was also false! I was untold that I needed a higher level of care, which was never explained to me by my One on one counselor and I never did get paperwork showing that that was ever recommended! I was never given other resources or recommendations, but just thrown out like a bag of trash! Their office staff is not on the same ***** and they use the blame game a lot also telling me that its a he said she said type deal! This agency needs to be held accountable for what they have put me through! Others need to know what they have done! I feel in more ways than one that I was treated very unfairly, discarded for no reason at all, and now I am suffering with a higher level of emotional distress because of their actions!!
