      I paid off my Toyota Tacoma truck on September 20 and I still do not have the title sent to me. I want my released title. I also was quoted an incorrect payoff amount by $600. The credit union arbitrarily decided to keep my money and apply it to another account without my permission and I believe without any legal valid Signed consent. As a resolution I want my clear title on my Toyota Tacoma and I want my $600 overpayment to be refunded to me like I was told when the error was discovered.

      The title for your truck was mailed on Sept 30, 2024. Since you have not received it yet, it appears to have been lost in the mail. Please contact us via phone at ************ or ************ and ask to speak with Loan Services to request a release of lien. You can present the release of lien to the MVD in place of the title.

       

      We would also like to discuss with you a refund of the $600. Please give us a call at the number listed above and ask for Loss Mitigation for assistance.

      Hello - I am writing to you in the gravest of situations in the hope that you can help. I will try to make this short. I logged into my account with Sandia Laboratory Federal Credit Union and it was in the negative by around 700$. I contacted the credit union and told them i didnt authorize the charges. While they conduct their investigation, i kept getting demand letters for my account being in the negative. i thought that since there was fraud investigation, it would be ok. The fraud was around payments made from bill payer. One of the payments i didnt authorize was to ******** Credit Union. On a 3 way call, ******** told SLFCU that they did not receive any payment. I felt that this would button up the investigation. Well I was wrong. SLFCU said they were terminating me as a member, reporting me to credit agencies for the negative balance, closing my account, etc. When I asked why since there was no payment made to Kirtland, they said there was no fraud as why would someone pay my bills? They were incredibly cruel and especially mean during the whole situation. I have paid what they said I owed, however, i have letters stating they are reporting me to credit agencies.

      Can you please look into this for me? You have my permission to contact SLFCU.

In regards to reporting to credit bureaus, we followed our policies and complied with all applicable law throughout the life of your account.       Business closed my account without any reason I have my vehicle with them and a credit card and I don’t have access. Whenever I go to the branch nobody helps just getting redirected to help center over the phone. Also sends letter saying they will report that to the credit bureau. I paid off everything with them and now they are coming after me with this

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I contacted SLFCU about this matter and continue to repeat the same. I reported 3 fraudulent transactions and got credit back for those transactions but never received the Overdraft fee back and this what’s putting my account in default payment
