      I used ** Eagle for about two as my primary bank. During that, time they locked be out of my account on three separate occasions because of a fraud concern I assume some computer algorithm identified. In none of the three occasions was there any actual fraudulent activity. When I called the number on the back of the debit card, I was told I would have to contact my "financial institution". I was at a restaurant with my family the last time it happened, it was a weekend, the bank was closed, and I did not have any cash. My 16-year-old daughter had to pay for the meal. It was incredibly embarrassing and humiliating. I was never contacted in any of the three occasions when I was locked out of my account. I went to the bank to close my account and experience horrible customer service, nothing but excuses and blaming others, no ownership for the issues. DO NOT BANK HERE.

      I had a car loan with U.S. Eagle Credit Union, paid off the loan early, and they reported a $24 shortfall as an unpaid debt, which is now on my credit report. Numerous calls to US Eagle resulted in them telling me they would not rescind the erroneous report. Don't do business with US Eagle Credit Union.

      made me jump thru hoops to try and close out accounts. no balance due on any account ********** in savings. have heard they are profusly doing anything they can to try and keep members from leaving. trying to transfer my last ***** from savings to my new bank saying the account tranfer is pending approval when in fact I made a large transfer just over a week ago. when you talk to member services and all you get "I don't know whats going on.
