    On 9/12/21 we purchased from **** ***** a Maytag dishwasher and GE range for a house that we rent out. Delivery scheduled for 10/5/21. **** ***** contracts out the delivery and installation to Albuquerque Moving & Storage (AM&S) and they delivered the appliances and installed the range, but postponed the dishwasher installation until 3 weeks later due to water supply valve issue. The dishwasher showed an error light upon first use and was non-functional. About mid January tenants reported wet spot in dining room carpet. I had ******** **** ********* come 1 week later and he found that the dishwasher supply hose had not been tightened and was leaking. Water had traveled under the floor and cabinets and appeared in the dining room entry. I had ****** repairman come to fix the error code issue with the dishwasher, and he discovered that the drain connection knockout in the disposal had not been removed by dishwasher installer. One week later, tenants report mold growing in the bottom of the cabinets which I confirmed. I contacted AM&S about the leak and the mold and presented an estimate for mold remediation and kitchen rehabilitation. They effectively did not respond. My contractor suggested I file a claim with my homeowner's insurance and let them deal with AM&S and **** *****, which I did. We moved tenants to temporary housing and contractor completed the rehab in 30 days. It turned out that our insurance doesn't cover housing for the tenants nor payment of administration costs to carry out the project, these amounts together equal $9515. I have contacted both **** ***** and AM&S to get compensated for this, but all I get is a runaround, and AM&S will not return phone calls I make to them. Our insurance company paid for the leak detection, mold testing, loss of rent and contractor work and materials and they have made a subrogation agreement with AM&S' insurance to be compensated. I have the documents and emails to AM&S but too onerous to upload.

    Hello,  The remaining determination of claimed income loss is pending completion. 

    All property damages have been settled with the home owner insurance provider in full. We will notify complaint party once resolution has been processed. We apologize for the delay in finalizing the last part of this claim.
