    Purchased 12/26 (pay pal) $89.70 complete airflow kit product ID ****** also $59.95 2 - SnoreTronix (+received 3 free gifts) Product ID ********* When I received the products I saw on the box that it's not to be used with sleep apnea (the mouth guard) I have sleep apnea so I contacted company via email & asked them about this. They informed me that it can be used with mild/moderate sleep apnea. I emailed back stating I have severe sleep apnea. They emailed me Jan 3, 2025 & said "we can refund you today 85% of your cost if that is okay with you" I sent email saying this works for me. I had to send another email since I didn't receive a response & got verification. No refund. I've emailed the company (can send copies if you need of their responses and mine) When I was inquiring about my refund they said that they were having technical difficulties. So I emailed and told them to mail me a check. they said they'd forward my info. I haven't heard anything. So I looked online and I see other people have had the same response 85% and no refund.

    I did receive an email on 2-13-2025 stating they would contact me in 2-3 days with another email about refunds.  I have not heard anything else from them even though I've sent 2 emails concerning their email on 2-13.  So, nothing has been settled

    I paid this business $59 for an anti snoring device that has a 100% money back 180 day guarantee. I’ve made 9 attempts to secure my refund with no response. The phone number they provide is always busy.
