      On two business days I was charged for my daughter attending the program, after speaking with woman in charge at the business and informing her that I changed the status of my child to drop off only. She stated she would dis enroll my child since I have an issue. Next I've spoken with ***** whom stated she was the "manager.". and last person to contact about the drop off charge during school times when I've already informed her associates of drop off only when needed since I ain't working. Also my child was in the classroom for no longer than ten minutes before she was picked up yet I'm being charged 28$ a day for those two days. Now she's is being dropped and I'm thinking it's because they disliked me for trying to bring up the payment details. On the contract it doesn't explain when a child is enrolled and picked up they have a right to be paid a 28$ fee even after or before ten minutes of service. Which should be illegal in someways. Multiple times I've sent emails but to not receive a response and yet they act a bit different to me than they would do others in replying is bad faith. Also I haven't received a correct billing statement of the dates my child has attended the program. On her first day of attending I received a phone threatening email gone call from ***** ****** about my child waiting in the office when she was to be attending the after school program ****, has no communication with the school where they're at.

      Hello,

      This is the first complaint I received in this matter.  On ******* ******* account, I do not see a balance.  I do not have any emails from *** ***** as she reported.  I need more information from *** ***** about her complaint.  We care about the parents and children they are first priority.
