      Twice I received and text messages from pnm electric once in feb 2025 do not pay zero due and in march I pay double and now in June 2025 I have a credit and the I receive a phone call from ***** that I owe. I take my bills seriously and apparently pnm is playing childish games. Pay dont pay oh you have a credit dont pay. We have rights as customers and I am exhausted with explaining the statement text messages and emails I receive from pnm and the double billing and payments. This number 2 and I am highly suspicious of pnm.

      I have been with out electricity for mor the 17 hours We pay thousands of dollars a year for a service that didnt care or meet their advertised service. PNM is the worst company if ever encountered or been with. I strongly recommend everyone to move to solar power. Im moving companies ****

      5 outages in 2 weeks all lasting 4 hours or more. What a c*** company. Why wouldn't you do any preventing maintenance. Go around and check the polls to make sure they are good. You only do rea time maintenance. Wait for a problem then fix. You guys ****. And you raised the rates for what. To have more outages. Again such a bad business.

      I have been with PNM for nearly 17 years and recently, they are getting worse. Last year, they charged me so much that my credit paid my full bill from July to Dec. When I went back on the budget bill, they charged me even more because it was just for 1/2 the year. In Jan., I was notified the bill would drop by $23/mo. Two months later, still getting charged the full amount. I did a chat and was told "Oh, you need to aske for the 'recommended' drop". They don't tell us in the notification that me need to "ask" for the lower amount. You can bet they would raise it in a heartbeat if we owe more.
      Their chat people are OK but not very helpful and calling to talk to a live person is nearly impossible.. Unfortunately, we have no choice in our provider in NM so we are stuck with an expensive company (I paid about 1/2 the amount in AR for a 4 BR house, barn, and shop).

      PNM will not allow two people who own a property to have access and see the account. They only allow one account to link to the account. Other resource providers allow multi owners to see accounts. Disappointing customer ********************** especially when forced to use them for public resources.

      F PNM . One time a payment came back but they were paid regardless and now for a whole year I have to go to some money western union in person to pay cash. Extremely inconvenient to not be able to pay on line for a year in 2024 . We have no other choice in *********** so we are screwed. F minus for PNM .

      These people are some of the most incompetent pieces of work I've ever seen two power outages today and this company worked with the urgency of a snail but unfortunately they're the only game in town to get electricity from. MY GRANDMOTHER IS ON OXYGEN! She cannot afford an outage but I know these people don't care because it doesn't put money in their pockets. GET IT TOGETHER! Today's incompetence was all around unacceptable and I will not put up with it next time.

      In December I installed a solar system. PNM swapped my old meter for a new meter. When I received my December bill, PNM claimed I used over ***** kWhrs in a 10 day period. My largest bill for 2023 was in the month of August where I used ***** kWhrs for the entire month. On average, PNM says we use 600 kWhrs a month. How did we use 1.5x our highest energy bill in a 10 day period in December (when we were not home for five of those 10 days)? Clearly someone misread the meter. PNM did not take a photo of the meter when they removed it. They have no way of verifying that the meter was read and reported correctly. The PNM supervisor said he would get back to me. That was one month ago. PNM are crooks.

      The meter reading was verified once the meter was tested. During the test, the testing equipment can see what the final reading was when the meter was pulled, and it was verified as being accurate. The meter test also showed that the meter was accurately recording the electrical consumption during the time it was installed at the customer property.

      On November 20, 2023 PNM came to my house and entered the back yard to read the meter WITHOUT letting us know by knocking on the door. We were home and so we're my dogs. He got the meter read ( which I had submitted 2 days prior online already, so totally did NOT need to be there) and got chased out by my dogs where he proceeded to spray my dogs with dog repellant. PNM said they don't need to knock on doors before entering a backyard. He's lucky we did not shoot him! This is unacceptable!

      Terrible, rude people, and never helpful. Had a tree branch fall on a power line in my back yard and the lady was so rude. She just said "get a tree trimmer" and wouldn't even send someone out to assess the danger.
