Alpha & Omega Electric is a great company to work with. I have used them for many years for my property management company and personally. I have never had a bad experience and they show up on time.

1 star***** Solar subbed out the electrical on my home to Alpha Omega Electric, LLC.Alpha Omega was supposed to upgrade my electrical panel However when they were finished, about an hour later my furnace wouldnt turn on so they came back and said it was corrected. A week later the breaker box in my washroom stared smoking. They tried to make us wait for an appointment but I told them my house was engulfed in smoke. They came back and said it was fixed.Then a month later when we tried the ** the condenser was not working. I called them again to come back and fix it. They wanted to charge me for another service when this was part of their original installation. I had to have an HV** company check it out, and send them the report stating the unit is fine, it was the wiring that wasnt connected correctly. Alpha omega still would not correct their problem. It took several calls and finally, they sent an election that didnt do the original install and he refused to do anything because he said the previous elections didnt label the wires. That was the last I heard from the company. I had to hire another electrician to correct the problem and he showed me the melted wire connectors and a striped wire. I would never recommend this company. They put my home at risk, I had to pay twice as much, and the stress of trying to get it fixed was time consuming.
