    I purchased the extended warranty when I purchased a 2014 GMC Terrain in July 2023 and in March 2024, it was discovered that the engine was burning oil and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was in the shop for approximately two weeks before the remanufactured motor was installed. Ok, that turn around time wasn't too bad so I didn't really have an issue at that time. The problem I have with the warranty company came about when it was discovered in late June 2024 that the vehicle needed ANOTHER engine and it took over a month for them to approve the repair/replacement. It was as if they were looking for a way to deny the engine replacement when it was just replaced approximately 2 months before! The *** was out of operation approximately 1-1/2 months before the engine replacement was completed and over a month before they approved the replacement. Sad!

    My extended warranty was denied! dont expect nothing out of this company! I purchased this agreement approximately 1 year and 4months ago I was told that I would be covered at 100 percent if anything were to happen to my car! Unfortunately that wasnt the case and they claimed that I was negligent with my car when I been on top of all of my services with ****** of **** and ***** tire! I even have all of my paperwork as proof! This is wrong! I am so angry with them all and I was told that I would only be able to receive $732 of my refund? What kind of c*** is that? After paying $3,200. I also waited practically a week in a half for an inspector to come to ****** to see what was wrong with my car! The service advisor was ignored when sent various of emails to find the status on my car! What kind of customer ********************** was that? right? some bullshit! That goes to show that they dont care about their customers! They only care about their money! Thats just plain wrong! However, I want to make sure social media, ****** corp and everyone finds out that this company is a fraud! This company didnt want to cover my 10 grand motor! My prius was supposed to last me forever! a known ****** car! But I guess not! My car in which Im still financing resulted in some serious repairs! It has been nothing but a headache and a stressful situation! I had to get another car mean while! and I may have to pay more money now for the motor! This company steals money from hard working families! its beyond disturbing! it makes me so angry that I have to go through something like this! My car has been at ****** for almost a month in a half due to their faulty customer **********************! Its like what excuses do they have.. I paid my extended warranty for a so called reason and yet I got nothing in return! Im angry and just know ** not going to stay quiet about this! This isnt right! I will be speaking up about this I hope no customer has to go through what I went through! speak up people!

    Got me a vehicle in the month of august and noticed a few issues with it! The contract I have is charging $2900.00 . I was told by my car lot I didnt have a warranty or contract until September . They told me since I already spent money repairing the vehicle to call Century! This place is a scam, I reached out to these people September 11th-15th waiting on hold for long periods of the time. Leaving messages trying to file a claim on the app AND NEVER GETTING A RESULT! I reached out on the 16th left another message sent an email through the app waited on hold for them to close and then called back September 18th the day I was suppose to be induced for labor! Still nothing, I had to cancel because my vehicle is horrible right now. When I got the chance to speak with someone they told me they dont cover my vehicles mechanical issues WHEN MY contract CLEARLY STATES I GET REIMBURSEMENT FROM SPENDING MONEY AT A SHOP AND THEY COVER MECHANICAL ISSUES ON MY CAR!!!! then told me the claim has to be started by the lot I went to and not me ??? 0 stars! The contract is not being honored so dont waste your time! I have added a video of my vehicles screeching and a screenshot of what they are suppose to fix . This is horrible horrible service I suggest NONE OF YOU FALL FOR ?????????

    They don't deserve one star. They were rude to my dealership service writer and hung up on her twice. Then they called after hours. I called them the next day and ***** answered and was polite to me, but the approval they gave was for less than a 1/3 of the need repairs. They are worse than dental insurance, pushing back and denying coverage. CRIMINAL.
