    At 6:08pm on 2/26/2025, I placed an order through the Subway app for 2 subs in the amount of $21.23 and paid with a subway gift card. Subway organized a third party to deliver the items. Upon arrival, it was determined that both sandwiches were made incorrectly. Upon calling the subway location, the shift lead, ****, failed to apologize, was rude, condescending, and advised she did not make them so this was “not her problem” and said a manager would call me back. I received a call back from a man that said he was a manager in training and was unable to refund me for the order as he was not a manager with a code. I requested a manager contact me, and **** yelled through the phone and said that she spoke to the District Manager on the phone and that he told her that they would not refund the order. I brought the sandwiches to the store and showed both employees that they were made incorrectly. When looking at the sandwiches, **** was rude and was looking down at her cell phone for the rest of the interaction as if we did not deserve her time. The male co-worker contacted the district manager ******** while on speakerphone and he said no manager can refund this if they are not in the store. This is absolutely unacceptable and mismanaged store. Everyone is in training and no one is authorized to do the right thing for the customer. Everyone I come into contact with and online will continue to hear my dissatisfaction with this location and **** until this location is held accountable to the companies standards and my refund is provided.
