      The worse experience Ive had with any 401k company. ****** was kind and informing, did not pressure me and was very responsive in the beginning when I needed a 401k loan. After signing up I learned it was a bit expensive for someone to just hold my money. Recently had to withdraw and started the process in January, her team dragged me through the most unnecessary process to the point my *** had to advise them to just leave funds undetermined and get me my funds. ******* later and literally 2 different 3rd party companies later, I finally received my funds after filing a complaint to the ********** Horrible experience and I called ****** multiple times only to get her VM, even text her but she never returned my calls. Her team just gave me the runaround for 2 months and they seemed either inexperienced or bullshitters not sure which but please if you are not a millionaire who doesnt give a s*** above throwing money away, dont work with them.

      I have been really happy with STC since I signed on as a customer 2 years ago. Their staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. There are excellent opportunities to learn self-direction strategies and their staff at all levels are helpful and supportive. Key to note that they do not manage nor recommend investments. There is a lot of excellent education and guidance that comes with the Platinum membership, and many fees are included if you join as Platinum. They really have the best people on their Help Desk!
