    I contacted the company to do some mold remediation in my home. They contacted me after an inspection and wrote up a contract and gave me an estimate. I signed it but he would not give me a copy. I cleaned my home while waiting for mold remediation. Remediation work began between June 6 - 10. A mold test was conducted on June 13. Much mold and mildew were still present even after several tests and attempts to remove the mold. I even deep cleaned to remove but the problem remains.

    At, AAA Restoration & Const Svcs, Our number one goal is to help customers in need of a decent restoration company to help with all of their property restoration needs. 

    At, AAA Restoration, We have a very good success rate, and most times, we get really good reviews regarding our professional work ethic. 

    I understand that there is an outstanding balance and a floor area that needs to be Re-cleaned according to Airwell’s last test results with their recommendations. 

    We would like to discuss alternatives that can help with this situation.

    Consider this response as the first step that could lead to a resolution that would work for all parties involved.

    AAA Follows IICRC Guidelines. 
    One of the first steps in any mold remediation job is to set up containments and scrub the air inside the work area. 
    we have proof that this was done accordingly. 

    We would like to find a resolution that would be fair for both parties. 

    We offered to come back and do extra cleaning for you. Instead, you canceled the contract agreement , when you removed our plastic containments and equipment and set these outside the house.

    it is my understanding that you did this because you did not want our George or techs to go inside the house anymore.  

    We wanted you to know that we considered your two quotes for approximately $35k each. unfortunately, we would not be able to cover this cost. 

    Our counter offer is $4679.39  

    This would be a full refund of your initial deposit for the mold remediation in your bathroom  

    I am also providing our insurance information  if this is counter offer is not acceptable to you, you can talk to our insurance agent.

    I am rejecting this response because: I will be calling insurance and resolving the complaint with them.   I thank you for your patience in this negotiating process and completing it to the end.  As far as I am concerned this will resolve the complaint fully.
