    I had a very disgusting experience at A-1. The customer experience is not what is quoted on their website. I was told , I get what is giving to me, when I asked for mixed and got very skinny ***** only. Not cedar and ***** like what I thought I paid for. Next the guys whom are non speaking employees aggressively threw wood in the bed of my truck. Because, I complained. I got pine, not *****, not like what I paid for. Long story short, the experience was so bad. I was told, to stay in my vehicle while other customers got out of their vehicle and load up themselves. All in all, I dont recommend this place to other customers. From front desk service to loading . I wish I had recorded everything thats happened to me.

    Dennis ****** owner of A-1 Firewood treated me with disrespect when I stopped at the office to tell them that they loaded cedar and oak. I paid for piñon $180.00 and got mixed. Dennis ****** basically told me I didn’t know my wood types. He went into office and didn’t offer to compensate. Dennis’s eyes were really bloodshot. Unless you are a friend of A-1 firewood be careful if you go there. I’m going to D’s firewood to show and tell and to buy wood.
