    We have been trying to get the peeling paint on our gate repaired since June 2024. Amazing Gates finally picked up the gate in October 2024 and have been in possession of the gate since then. It is extremely difficult to get them to return calls or texts or respond to emails. We have been told that they are having problems matching the paint color but that has been February since they last communicated with us. As I have communicated to them via both email and voicemail, at this point, we want our gate returned properly repainted or returned with a full refund since we have not received the product we have paid for. We want this done within 3 weeks or we will seek legal action,

    Amazing Gates finally finished our gate and I was able to pick it up and get it reinstalled. We are satisfied with the outcome so you can close this complaint out.

    Ordered driveway gate. Upon delivery gate was rusty as was all the hardware, gates are not square. Reached out to sales staff who put me in touch with *******. Spoke with her via email and on August 2 spoke with her on phone. She said she would get back to me with a resolution and replacement parts were already ordered. Never heard back from them. Called several times left messages, emailed never responded. Honestly at this point I’d like my money back as I need to pay someone else to try and correct issues that should have never been or at least fixed by this point.

    *** ******* purchased a driveway gate from us, complete with posts & hinges. He notified his
    sales person after installation on 7/18/24 that he was dissatisfied with a discrepancy in the
    fabrication of his gate. We asked for a detailed description of the issue as well as some
    photographs. He also mentioned that the washers were rusting. There was never any mention
    of rust on his driveway gate nor do we see any rust in his provided images.

    I have attached the images provided which show the installed gate that appears to have a slight
    offset on the left leaf. There are images of the measurements of each gate leaf, one at 62”
    inches high at the shoulder,which is correct, and the second leaf at 62 1/8” which is uncommon
    however within normal range tolerance for a hand fabricated steel driveway gate. You can see in
    the image that the left gate leaf needs to be adjusted at the top left hinge to bring the center of
    the left leaf up and into balance with the right leaf. The gate does not appear to have a structural
    defect from the images provided so we do not feel a full refund or replacing the gate is
    warranted. In a situation like this we always recommend checking the hinge barrels are straight
    and that the J bolt positioning/adjustment is correct. Our hinges are adjustable to help with this
    very issue.

    I offered a replacement on the hinges all together to remedy the situation. It does appear the
    hinge washers he received were not zinc coated which has since been corrected in our
    manufacturing process. We fully back our structural and powder coating warranties and if for
    any reason this issue is determined to be a structural issue we can work with the customer to
    find an agreeable resolution. We want nothing more than our customers to be satisfied with their
    Amazing Gate products as it's a large and very important investment. We would like to revisit
    this with Mr. ****** at his convenience

    We purchased a gate from Amazing Gates about 3 years ago and it has never really worked properly. We finally got it working somewhat for a while but now it wont work at all. I reached out to the company by phone at least 4 times but they NEVER answer their phones or call back like their recorded messages say they will. I would not recommend this company to anyone because they do not value their customers and their product support is non-existent.

    We are very sorry to hear this customer is frustrated with an issue relating to the automation for his gate system. We have searched our call logs and messages and don't appear to have received any direct contact from the number or email address we have on file which is also listed in this communication. After being made aware of this issue today, I have reached out directly to the customer via telephone and email, but have not received a response back yet. 
    We are happy to assist with technical support and one on one troubleshooting over the phone when he has a moment to talk through the issue he's experiencing. We offer free technical support for the lifetime of any Amazing Gate or automation system Monday through Friday 8am-5pm MDT, and can even schedule an appointment at the customers convenience.
    I was able to review his order placed in April of 2020 & he still has warranty coverage if ever needed. We find that the most common causes of functional issues can be determined & resolved over the phone through the troubleshooting process with a technician. If we help determine that a part is needed to resolve the problem we can ship it to the customer quickly.
