    I have two cracks in the interior panel of my skylight system. I hired Designco Construction to replace my skylight on October 28th, 2021. I started texting and calling Designco Construction on August 11th, 2022 to let them know about the two cracks on the interior panel. I asked if they had replaced the entire system in October 2021 or just the dome? The only answer I have gotten is, "the owner will call you." Each person I have spoken with keeps telling me the owner will call you back in a few days. Recently, my call got sent straight to voicemail. I also texted the person that originally set up the replacement in October 2021, Jesse, he stopped communicating with me after I sent pictures of the cracks on August 17th, 2022. When the texts stopped, I started calling the office directly. I have called the office on August 23rd, August 24th, September 9th, and September 27th.
    The question I have asked Designco Construction was if the $504.00 I paid was just to replace the dome or if the entire skylight system was replaced on October 28th, 2021?

    Hello, my sincere apologies in you not able to speak to somebody.  My secretary father passed away and she has been out of the office for almost 2 weeks. We did not have a file for this job in the office. I believe it was a small repair and Jessie was the sales person. He instructed me he was communicating with you on this. So again my apologies. Is your skylight leaking? If you had us put new skylights on your home I’m sure that is what we did. We have been extremely busy with the rains and weather we have been having. I am happy to make a time to stop by and look at your skylights or if you can provide a picture of this that is also good. Do you have a receipt or a contract or anything of that nature from this job. We just didn’t have anything in our office on file.
