      I am not happy with this company because they do not do what they say they are going to do.We had our water softener installed on March 20th. They scratched our new floor that my husband had just installed. And after repeated conversations of they saying they would figure out what they could do and no follow up response. And several calls still they have not done anything.Don't tell me you are going to do something then not do it.Examples: The sales man said we would get a gift card. ( paper said we would need to pick up the card in ***********- I told the salesman (*****) that I don't go to *********** very often. ***** said he would have the office mail it to me. March 24th, told salesman I didn't get the card. March 30th called office because of the scratches and the gift card was told they would mail out the card, still no response on the scratches on the floor they were trying to decide what to do would let me know. May 5th called service department with an issue left message no call back, my husband figured out the problem. Called again was concerned with the lack of response from there service department and still have not been able to set up the internet. Was told by the service manger (******) that they would come out and help me with getting the internet set up and that they would bring me 2 gift cards, we set up a time for them to come out on Friday May 12th between ****. At first he want to come out on Tuesday May 9th I told him that wouldn't work because my husband was would be working Monday night and would be sleeping during the day, I received a text that they were on there way to my house. So I called them and told them not to come at that time (I spoke to ****** again, and the last thing he said was they would come out on Friday morning May 12 between ****. ) They did not show up or call. This is unacceptable- They get your money and they don't do the things they say they are going to do. Still not set up on the internet.
