    PROS ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? for Rigo &Tim who ultimately finished our project; Josh &Tina for their assistance &respectful communications; &for a beautiful product and end result CONS ???? overall rating. The exhaustively poor level of service was surprising &disappointing. We wanted ABC Seamless because of its positive reputation. 2weeks after signing our contract we were moved up on their heavily-booked schedule. Work to begin May 9 and done in 2weeks. From then, multiple absences from sick &vacation days, &traffic court to, per crew, company’s lack of ordering materials &company not owning proper equipment, or, per management, crew “forgetting” to bring proper equipment. Discussions with company owner and crew brought unrealistic promises with no follow through. Initial crew assigned to us averaged 3.5 hours of work/day. Project was roughly 1/3 done on June 5. When no one showed up &no one contacted us to explain, we again called the owner and were told that during the prior week crew was “working elsewhere on an additional project separate from ours &had made many errors on that job; wouldn’t be returning to work on our project for a week because they had to use materials procured for our home to correct those errors; company ordered additional supplies for us but did not expect to receive them until end of next week.” Our home is not a large one. There was nothing unusual or exceedingly complex about our project. Final completion was July 18 (9-1/2 weeks) ABC SEAMLESS WILL PROVIDE -2-man crews -An average of 3.5 hours of work/day -Completion delays due to absences, materials shortages, &equipment malfunctions -No routine oversight of crew’s work or progress -No follow up by management after discussing concerns/complaints -Lack of daily worksite clean-up leaving metal filings/shards and loose screws around perimeter of the house, in driveway, and on paved walks (potential for flat tires and injury to persons and pets) -Myriad stall tactics and an exercise in frustration
